<br />
This is one of those ULTIMATE fake outs. Not only do you NOT taste beans you will be getting extra protein.<br />
<br />
I do advise that you make these when no one is around or you probably wont get them to even try them.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Ok so lets get started shall we. <br />
First the ingredients:<br />
<br />
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (or cook 1/2 c dried black beans)<br />
3 eggs<br />
3 tablespoons oil<br />
1/2 cup cocoa<br />
1/2 teaspoon baking powder<br />
1 pinch salt<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla<br />
3/4 cup sugar<br />
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips(I used semi sweet baking chocolate chopped up because that is what I had on hand)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XFr2m3Cx01I/TiK75Re5EeI/AAAAAAAAAFM/mmGHutwPxOM/s1600/Photo0842.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XFr2m3Cx01I/TiK75Re5EeI/AAAAAAAAAFM/mmGHutwPxOM/s320/Photo0842.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Pp24YhVcnHQ/TiK9GVUnFFI/AAAAAAAAAFQ/8rdjXFw_h-Q/s1600/Photo0843.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="286" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Pp24YhVcnHQ/TiK9GVUnFFI/AAAAAAAAAFQ/8rdjXFw_h-Q/s320/Photo0843.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JBv4GQIybMQ/TiK_J02-xNI/AAAAAAAAAFU/m3RCya0jXX4/s1600/Photo0844.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JBv4GQIybMQ/TiK_J02-xNI/AAAAAAAAAFU/m3RCya0jXX4/s320/Photo0844.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
OOOOOOOOPS!!! I chopped more than a 1/2 cup oh well who is gonna complain about extra chocolate?? Not me!!!<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>ok now for the directions:<br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-AJGAhIi7EIM/TiLBKNg8OAI/AAAAAAAAAFY/AtozzoojRvk/s1600/Photo0845.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-AJGAhIi7EIM/TiLBKNg8OAI/AAAAAAAAAFY/AtozzoojRvk/s320/Photo0845.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Lightly grease 8x8 square baking dish. (I used homemade PAN GREASE to grease the pan(that is what is in the container with the brush)<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_YKsluBu_q0/TiLNexpa9PI/AAAAAAAAAFg/SVjSRHWwiEY/s1600/Photo0846.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_YKsluBu_q0/TiLNexpa9PI/AAAAAAAAAFg/SVjSRHWwiEY/s320/Photo0846.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
Combine the black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and sugar in a blender. <br />
Blend until smooth.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1sQMCIj432E/TiLLDB4d9ZI/AAAAAAAAAFc/968PNmY15YA/s1600/Photo0847.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1sQMCIj432E/TiLLDB4d9ZI/AAAAAAAAAFc/968PNmY15YA/s320/Photo0847.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6iRYUYpeCqA/TiLOEThC4lI/AAAAAAAAAFk/Hc4Ktj5dJdA/s1600/Photo0848.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6iRYUYpeCqA/TiLOEThC4lI/AAAAAAAAAFk/Hc4Ktj5dJdA/s320/Photo0848.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the mixture or mix into the batter.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8IM5sXWUcyo/TiLYNnWPZYI/AAAAAAAAAFs/vSBvdeXtzjo/s1600/Photo0856.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8IM5sXWUcyo/TiLYNnWPZYI/AAAAAAAAAFs/vSBvdeXtzjo/s320/Photo0856.jpg" width="320" /></a><br />
<br />
<br />
Bake in a preheated oven until the top is dry and edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Now all that is left is to let them cool............OH THE TORTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Uf3s24rFA_s/TiLkWZHFtBI/AAAAAAAAAGM/aR79ZFmU3tU/s1600/Photo0862.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Uf3s24rFA_s/TiLkWZHFtBI/AAAAAAAAAGM/aR79ZFmU3tU/s320/Photo0862.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>Once they are cool, cut and serve and relish the fact that you pulled a fast one on your family.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-O_hpah5pOi8/TiLehtboLHI/AAAAAAAAAGI/jTdyULLT0aw/s1600/Photo0863.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-O_hpah5pOi8/TiLehtboLHI/AAAAAAAAAGI/jTdyULLT0aw/s320/Photo0863.jpg" width="251" /></a><br />

My family has started to request certain breads and the first recipe I want to share with you is<br />
<br />
OATMEAL BREAD <br />
<br />
Below are the ingredients for this bread. It doesn't call for eggs so this is a good bread for anyone with egg allergies.<br />
<br />
2 Cups Water<br />
1 Cup quick cooking oats<br />
3 TBS butter or oil<br />
1 pkg yeast<br />
1/3 Cup Warm Water (I used homemade RICE MILK)<br />
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar<br />
1 TBS White Sugar<br />
1Tsp Salt<br />
5 1/4 Cup Plain Flour<br />
<br />
Directions for Making Oatmeal Bread.<br />
.<br />
Heat 2 Cups of water (or RICE MILK) to almost boiling.<br />
Add oats, butter, brown sugar and salt. Let cool.<br />
Meanwhile, add 1/3 Cup Warm Water to a small dish with yeast, along with 1 TBS of white sugar.<br />
Combine oat mixture with 4 Cups flour, knead for 8 to 10 minutes.<br />
Add more flour till smooth and elastic.<br />
Place in a greased bowl.<br />
Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place till doubled about an hour<br />
Punch down. Let it rest about 10 minutes.<br />
Shape into loaves. Place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise again, about an hour.<br />
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with a bit of oatmeal <br />
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.<br />
<br />
I weighed out the dough into 2 regular loaves and 2 small loves<br />
<br />
Sorry about the lack of pictures but I got the bug to blog just a few minutes ago and I made this bread this morning<br />
